Cancellation & Refund Policy

We have limited availability for each dining event and a very select menu for each dining event. Due to the fact that we have limited space for each dining event we have a very specific cancellation and refund policy that we must adhere to.

For Any Dining Parties Under Four Guests:
You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours in advance without penalty. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED WITH LESS THAN 72-HOUR NOTICE unless we are able to replace your cancellation at the last minute. If you must cancel your reservation within 72 hours of an event, please call us at (619) 295-3939 as soon as possible to see if we have back-up reservations. If we have back-up reservations, and are able to fill your cancellation at the last minute, we will gladly issue a refund.  Registrants also have the option to send another guest(s) in their place without penalty.

For Any Dining Parties Over Four Guests:
If you want to come with a group of friends, please make one reservation for your entire party so we can reserve a block of seats for you ... however, in the interest of fairness to others, we reserve the right to limit the number of people on a single reservation at our discretion. The cancellation period for canceling the ENTIRE reservation without penalty is doubled from the standard 72 hours (see above) to 144 hours (6 days). If you need to cancel only 1 or 2 people, the standard 72-hour notice still applies.  If you must cancel your reservation after the cancellation period has expired, please call us at (619) 295-3939 as soon as possible to see if we have back-up reservations.  If we have back-up reservations, and are able to fill your cancellation at the last minute, we will gladly issue a refund.  Registrants also have the option to send another guest(s) in their place without penalty.
